Attack announce 2017-18 Home Opener

The Owen Sound Attack will begin the 2017-18 Ontario Hockey League season at home on Saturday, Sept. 23.

A 7:30pm meeting with the Flint Firebirds will kick off the campaign for the Attack, who will look to build on their run to the Western Conference Championship series from this past season.

The 2017-18 Home Opener will once again be presented by Bruce Telecom, and will mark the 9th time the Attack and Firebirds have met since the Flint organization relocated from Plymouth.

Over the previous eight games, Owen Sound has posted a 7-1-0 record, including a 3-1-0 mark in 2016-17.

Single game tickets for the 2017-18 season will be available for purchase when the Attack kick off Training Camp on Monday, Aug. 28, while more details about activities surrounding the Home Opener will be announced closer to the date.

The Attack will announce their full 2017-18 season schedule on Tuesday, June 6 alongside the OHL’s other member clubs.
