Barret Kirwin named Huron Tractor Player of the Week

Barret Kirwin has been named the Huron Tractor Player of the Week for Week 21 of the OHL season.

The 18-year-old forward scored twice and added two assists in three games this past week to earn the honour.

He was a +3 and scored a game-winning penalty shot against the Barrie Colts on Thursday. The coaches praised his playmaking ability as well as his scoring touch. Every time he hit the ice, the Attack were a threat to score. His linemates Kaleb Pearson and Maksim Sushko each scored twice this past week.

The Barrie, ON native has 15 goals this season to go along with 18 assists.
